Cotswold Alpaca Celebration Parties

Whatever your celebration we can offer you an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s Family groups, Friends, Hen/Stag Parties or work colleagues or you’re just visiting the country there’s an alpaca for you.

There is a minimum booking of 8 guests at £25pp any parties over 8, extra guests are £15 each.

The experience starts with a bucks fizz arrival and getting to know our gorgeous herd. You will get to know all about them and find out all the interesting and diverse facts about alpacas. We then take the alpacas out for a walk around the lanes of Cowley Manor. On our return we then all take part in a drop spindle workshop to learn how to spin yarn from alpaca fleece.

We ask that you arrive on time at our gate for the walks and experiences. Please note walks take place at the large Dutch Barn in Cowley and not the farm nearby with the long driveway.

The postcode GL53 9NJ is for the whole of Cowley so please take note of directions.
Follow google maps to Cotswold Alpacas and you will see our sign on the gate.

We have a stall at the barn with extra lovely handcrafted items for sale, beautiful alpaca creations for you to select from for that special pressy. You can also visit our online shop via the website.

Cotswold Alpaca Birthday Parties

Our childrens’ parties are aimed at children aged 8-11 years and its an hour and a half of alpaca fun, The experience starts with getting to know the herd, and to find out all about alpacas with loads of time for all your questions.

We then take 2-4 alpacas either on the lanes or around the paddocks and runway at the barn depending on the group.
We have found in the past that taking a lot of children and alpacas is a little hectic on the lanes due to traffic and the alpacas do not react well, so we take our 3 calmest alpacas and make it super fun.

The children then take part with either drop spinning or wand making or both!

Please get in contact to arrange a birthday meet and greet for younger guests.

We are not able to supply catering as we are a working barn but you are welcome to bring a cake/party bags and we have a table and chairs for party guests.

The price is based on a minimum of 2 adults and 8 children for £240 extra guests are £15 regardless of age.

The experience is 90 minutes.

Adults who are not attending will not be able to stay at the barn but we are really close to the Green Dragon for a coffee and a visit to their lovely farm shop.

Cotswold Alpaca Corporate Events

Our corporate days are a great way for your team to get out into the countryside and experience and learn about alpacas but also to enjoy each others company in a fun and interesting activity.

The experience starts with meeting all the characters that make up the herd, lots of alpaca facts and loads of time for questions.

We then take 8 alpacas either on the lanes or around the paddocks and runway at the barn depending on the group.

The price is based on a minimum of 8 People for £250 extra guests are £20. For larger groups we can give a specific price to meet your needs.

The experience is 90 minutes.

The Green Dragon and Cowley manor are both close by to continue on for lunch afterwards.
